All parts contact with brine or water are pure stainless steel SUS304 or galvanized steel.Processes of brine system block ice making machine:Put the buckets with full water in the brine tank first, then through heat exchange, the water in the ice buckets freezes and turn into ice block type.The crane will host a row of buckets down into the ice thaw tank full of running warm water.Then the block ice surface thaws and gets separate from ice bucket. The blocks then slide smoothly through an aperture into the ice storage room.

The freezing cycle of ice block maker takes about 7.5 hours, about 3 harvests in 24hrs, but based on the daily capacity.

2) The biggest capacity containerized we make is12.5 tons/day which in a 40' container.
